friends' day fix

i finally had a mini friends' day with arlien and oyie yesterday, and we watched 500 days of summer. i cannot believed we giggled loudly when we where watching the valentine's day trailer. blame ashton kutcher :]. good thing no one was seated near us or else they would have been irritated.

they had another abrupt friends' day this afternoon, although obviously i wasn't there. anyway, i might see them again tomorrow. i miss my high school-turned-college friends :].

bittersweet film madness

i almost forgot one of the things i'am so passionate about because i've been drowned with a lot of school work. goodness, my brain is all worked out at the moment eventhough it's 11:30 in the evening and i'm suppose to be asleep. i found this awesome blog movieoftheday which featured atleast 5 of my favorite movies of all time. i know they're all western films, and i probably do not have a super favorite local film, but what the heck? i get the jitters just thinking about these films and i start to feel that surreal feeling of as if i'am transcending time and space. i might not be making sense right now, but i just want to channel the sudden burst of euphoria and nostalgia i'am feeling again.
