shit!
from now on iam going to be extra careful in reading forwarded emails.
just recently i received an email about a quiz on disney classic cartoons, and i thought it wouldnt hurt if i actually tried to answer it. but first, you have to click a link to get to a particular sight to actually answer the quiz. there was a lot of bogus identification thing going on, like you need to sign your name, etc. well, lets just say that after i took the quiz i was surprised to find out that i was a member of a friends-connection thing similar to friendster and myspace. ughh! but i hate those kinds of networks. and here's another catch, they automatically send the quiz i took to everyone on my address list. what a great way to pester me.
but that is not the end of the story....
as i opened the ym awhileago, which i happen to do very rarely nowadays, i was puzzled because there was a lot of pending requests for approval (you get the point if you do the ym thing). and to my horror, these people were all on my address list in my email. but of course, you'd think that iam over reacting because they are not strangers to me anyway. but the problem is, iam a stranger to some of them. i mean, my address list includes an admu basketball players, 2 members of a band, a former crush of mine from swimming lessons days, and other people that i put in my address for, uhmm, emergency hehe. trip trip lang. anyway, i still dont how i winded up in their ym list, but i approved them because i know them anyway. and my sister was so psyched when i told her that iam on cousin-look-a-like admu basketball player's ym and he is on my list too. as if that would spell a difference in the world. its so awkward kaya! i think iam going to be on invisible mode for a long time. i would hate it if they asked me who i am. and swimming lessons guy also added me up haha.
its all that damn forwarded email's fault. i will never again start answering quizzes that involves signing up. never.
