after days of planning for schemes in order to watch the uaap finals, we're back to square one. sigh. the tickets were sold out even before lunch time yesterday. grrr. how are we going to watch the big game tomorrow? fate is so unfair. i'll practically watch it on tv again. im keeping my fingers crossed for a game 3. and if ever that happens, ill have a hard time rooting for both teams. haha.
anyway, i should be busy cramming for my lit project due on friday. maybe thats the reason why God wont let me watch. maybe He wants me to focus on that project instead. and to think that my prelim grade in lit is so low. literally.

UAAP finals
my mind’s been bursting with so many things to write in my blog. but since I dont have the time, my blog is as haunted as ever. crap. last thursday, i watched the ust vs ue game in the big dome. man was it full of emotions. haha. I mean, the intensity and dedication of both teams were felt. during the last quarter, i was already praying for our team to win. we had reached that far, why not make it to the finals? and luckily, we did win.. haha :]. it was a heartfelt moment for the thomasian crowd present. but I felt bad for the ue players because a saw a player crying with frustration. anyway, that’s the real scenario in every game.
this afternoon was the game 1 of the finals. i swear, words aren’t enough to describe the actual game. all I can say is that coach norman black is brilliant. he executed the proper play at the right time. my sisters and i were jumping and screaming our hearts out when ateneo won. it was as if we were really there watching it live. too bad mom didn’t allow us to watch. she thinks we don’t deserve it because we’ve been so lazy. but ate kim and I will be watching the game on Thursday. we are still hoping and keeping our fingers cross that we’ll avail tickets for game 2. haha. good thing mom doesn’t read my blog. we’re toasts if she finds out about our plane. dead meat to be exact.
to clear all confusions, im from ust but I was rooting for ateneo awhile ago. my real prayer was to witness a kick ass game. and it happened. neck and neck scoring and all that. im actually wishing for a game 3, but I don’t know who’ll I root for if that happens.
treachery because of rivalry.
today is also the 3rd death anniversary of my lola rose. may her soul rest in peace. lola loves the color blue, that’s why pratically every clothes she owned was blue. my sister asked her, through a prayer of course, that she help ateneo win at the dying minutes. haha.. and ateneo did win. prayers are always answered in most unexpected ways.
