november thoughts

hay, its the last day of november..too bad :[. i'm very fond of november pa naman this year. i mean, its been full of thrilling and delightful days. kasama na dun and CAPSAA and syempre ang hindi malilimutang sem breaks. time really flies while your having fun and experiencing excitement at the same time. you'll just wake up one morning realizing na 25 days na lang pala christmas na. and speaking of 25, last november 25 was the last day of our monthly test. gawd, i think my brain was suffering from 'abnormal function' that time. pano ba naman, accounting then math tapos physics. and we need to hurry because we were only given 45 minutes for each subject. how i wish they know that its not easy to answer exams related to math, sunod-sunod pa. pero i'm not complaining kasi it was a good day afterall. the lunch break was extender until 1:30 i think. kaya nga i experience a happy moment..haha(insert smug smile here). rosalie will definitely know what i'm talking about :]. to sum it all, pumasok lang kami around 10 o'clock for the exams, had a loooong lunch break and we were free to do whatever we want kasi wala ng lessons that afternoon.

back with a vengeance

harry potter fever

daniel and the rest of the gang is back in the fourth installment of jk rowling. back with more thrilling, heart stopping and nerve wracking adventures. harry potter and the goblet of fire promises an awesome feature of stunts and visual effects never before seen in the previous harry potter movies. gawd, this movie is worth the wait for all the harry potter crazy fans out there. and its worth your money too, considering that super expensive na ang movies today. gosh, i hope we'll find decent seats tomorrow since i think madaming tao ngayong opening. i bet there are a lot of excited, daniel radcliffe-fanatics tomorrow. i just wish they won't scream everytime daniel will have his close up. oh, and i must say the three main characters have grown. they all look matured and professional looking(may word bang ganun?). anyway, i'll save my longing and eagerness for tomorrow. harry potter...here i come..(sound effects)tantananan.

that busy week

finally, a week free from all the hassle of lectures, quizzes and home works. we’ll get to relax and take a break from all the stressful activities in school. even though late na ang sembreak, at least we’ll be able to stop and rest for a while. and since my blog is super outdated na, I’ll update it with the latest happenings all around the metro..

Nov 7- opening of CAPSAA and as expected we weren’t able to watch the opening ceremony (surprise surprise). we were so excited that afternoon kasi we’ll be able to watch the basketball game, kaya lang the opponent was a no show. one win for OLPS (kahit by default).

Nov 8- we lost against sumulong :(. actually, we were up by double digits during the first half of the game, nakahabol nga lang at the dying minutes yung opponent. we lost by 5 points but at least hindi tambak.

Nov 9- we won! we won! yippee :] we won against holy spirit

Nov 10- wretched day! we lost by 1 point against Summerville kasi the referee was so bias. bakit hindi niya tinawagan ng foul yung number 20 na un?! that was totally unfair, sayang din yung freethrow considering that both teams were in penalty. we waited for almost 2 hours for that game pa naman. anyway, I cant do anything about it anymore because what’s done is done.

Nov 11- start of sem break (until nov 18). abby’s birthday! :] highlights of the day: kainan, kantahan sa videoke, swimming and sleep over. talo ko sa pataasan ng score sa videoke pero at least I was the gold medalist sa patagalan sa pool kahit malamig :]. super thank you to abby and her family for accommodating us that day (until Saturday).

Nov 12- hindi ako line of 7 sa math, yippee!

Nov 13- happy birthday ate jenjen!

I want to congratulate all the OLPSian athletes who played with courage, camaraderie and equality during the CAPSAA season. You showed bravery by facing every challenge with faith and accepting defeat humbly. May you continue to inspire every OLPSian who believes in you. Go OLPS!

research lab

yey, free internet access! currently at the research lab in our school. we finally did something worthwhile today. classes were suppose to be cancelled because it's all souls day. pero may magagawa ba? little miss president declared the day to be a working holiday. on a lighter note, the tickets for the opening of the CAPSAA were distirbuted today. a bit fair for the whole student body. school spirit.. can't wait for monday:]
