swim swim swim from the tangles of my heart

swimming outing last Sunday in laguna!:] we had the chance to practice our swimming abilities again. we were even imagining that we were training for the inter school fest. varsity team, here we come (ha-ha.. dream on!). ang saya kasi it rained around one in the afternoon. the rain drops were like bullets especially when they hit the water’s surface. food trip, capturing moments (picture taking) and kwentuhan sessions in the pool are the highlights of the day. syempre there’s always the bonding moments with my sisters & mama together with ate emie rin. we visited the cathedral in singloan and in pakil in the morning.

happy thought

yippee! OLPS will be joining the capsaa this November. thank God for that exposure we sorely need. we really need adrenaline boosters in order to keep our brain function normal. kasi naman, the student body is über-deprived of activities. I hate to say that but it’s absolutely true. i just hope that all games will be played with fairness, camaraderie and equality. we simply want to avoid certain situations that may lead to school rivalry. that is why to all the OLPSian athletes, good luck and God bless. OLPS will be enveloped with school spirit and alma mater pride, that’s something new:].

season ender

the excitement, rivalry and school spirit that surrounded The Big Dome for 3 months is already a thing of the past. UAAP basketball has finally come to an end with a set of newly crowned champions. the champions are the FEU Tamaraws for the Men’s, Ateneo Lady Eagles for the Women’s and the De LaSalle for the juniors division. the camaraderie and sportsmanship of the players will definitely be remembered for the years to come. that is why, to all the champions and the mythical team members, congratulations. haha, such formality is killing me, ang fake ko! ok, so maybe the feu tams won the championship but SO WHAT?!? at least next year I won’t be seeing santos, rizada & the other players that I don’t even know. Congratulations to the Lady Eagles for winning the first ever women’s basketball championship, good going girls:]. let us also be proud of the blue eagles who receive recognitions, LA tenorio (mythical team member) and jai reyes (rookie of the year). and the blue eaglets may have failed to win a three-peat title, nevertheless they were still part of the final four.

b’s of the weekend

birthday bash
vivien’s party was yesterday! syempre, there was free food and drinks. haha.. good thing I did not miss out on that one. I had the chance to watch the special dvd of harry potter 3 din. Thanks to tita Vivian, rej & family:]

band practice
vivien & her bandmates (lets mention: andrew, emman & harold) had their band practice last night. we waited for almost 2 hours and we had to endure those pesky mosquito bites (o baka ako lang yung kinakagat?). there were 2 underground bands that were also having their practice kasi that afternoon and the main reason was the boys were late:[ (yan tuloy naunahan na..tsk..tsk.). actually, it was my first time to see vivien play with her band. I did not know that she can play mean guitar (bass) and that the band is improving na (o ayan, may-praise). anyway, lets hope for the best:]

bastard
(an incident narrated)
there was this girl hearing the Sunday mass with her boyfriend. you’ll notice that they look good together because they’re the typical gwapo guy meets maganda girl. actually
ok na sana, but miss maganda girl seems to hate the fact that she’s in the church instead of watching the latest flick with her boyfriend. she looked so irritated and she got pissed when his boyfriend was about to offer money (kinuha nga nya yung coins e). I swear, even if you resemble the beauty of Helen but you have that nasty attitude, everyone will surely hate you.

Pahabol birthday:
happy birthday kay armo:]
